I am delighted to be standing for a second term in Redlynch and Landford division, hoping to secure your support in the upcoming Wiltshire Council elections.
Having worked in Redlynch for more than 20 years, I have strong links with residents and the community and many of the groups within it.

I have thoroughly enjoyed representing Redlynch and Landford for the last four years; by listening to residents’ concerns and working together, here are some of the results:

  • Securing various highways improvementson The Ridge, Grove Lane, New Road, Primrose Lane andStock Lane.
  • Beech Grange road surface is now on the longer term maintenance list, signage improvements are due shortly for Hamptworth.
  • Extensive drainage work on Glebe Lane, Brookside, New Road and Black Lane, more identified at Pound Hill and Lyburn Road.
  • Working with Wiltshire Police and Community Speedwatch to increase speed enforcement in our villages.
  • Extra Speed Indicator Device infrastructure for New Road, Pound Hill, The Ridge and Grove Lane. Speeding loophole resolved with new signage on Muddyford Road.
  • Catapult issues vastly reduced with a Public Space Protection Order and a PSPO has been making a difference in NFNPA against fires, fireworks and feeding livestock.
  • Area Board grants secured for Landford Youth Club, Bramshaw Scouts (based in Landford) andRedlynch Walking Football.
  • Supporting on several contentious planning matters and helping resolve mobile phone mast outage in Woodfalls.
  • Tackling the scourge of littering and fly-tipping across our beautiful county. Fly-tipping is down by 40% and prosecutions are up 125%.
  • Securing funding for upgrading Wiltshire Council owned play areas across the County. In Redlynch, The Close play area has £50,700 allocated, which I believe will translate into exciting new facilities with the help of Redlynch Parish Council.

There is always more to do and I am keen to carry on serving the community. I hope you will choose me on May the 1st and that I will be returned to serve you locally and represent you in Trowbridge and at the New Forest National Park.

If I can help with any local issues please do not hesitate to contact me.

Wiltshire is a County I am very proud to live in and Wiltshire Council is in an enviable and hard won position; with every single 2021 manifesto pledge delivered, with strong financial foundations and plans to improve services even further.

Keep Wiltshire in safe Conservative hands.
